Gembridge holiday closure
Over the holiday period, Team Gembridge will be away from the office for a short while. Gembridge will be closed from Friday, 20 December and reopen on Monday, 6 January.

As 2024 draws to a close, we reflect on this year of strategic growth consolidation and success for Gembridge. We’ve celebrated many wins—both our own and those of our clients and candidates, who continue to make an incredible impact. And what a year of wins it’s been! Plus a few challenges thrown in for good measure.
Looking ahead to 2025, we expect even more growth, success, and transformation—not only for Gembridge, but across the For-Purpose sector. Change is inevitable in recruitment, and we’re eager to tackle the opportunities and challenges the new year will bring.
My guiding word for 2025 is THRIVE—a reflection of our commitment to business growth, our team's collective goals and culture, and our focus on professional development, well-being, and balance.
