What a year! How did we get to December so quickly?!
For Gembridge, we have had a successful year of strategic growth and consolidation. There have been so many wins to celebrate – not only ours, but also the success of our clients and candidates, and the incredible impact they make. Of course, where there are wins, there is also grit, hard work, and setbacks. We love a happy dance to celebrate wins. Recruitment is not always straightforward (which is why we exist). Importantly, we know how to collaborate, dig deep, brainstorm, think creatively, search, and manoeuvre through obstacles to achieve results.
Next year, Gembridge will reach a very important milestone – our 5th anniversary! We have BIG plans for 2024, and we hear from our networks in the for-purpose sector they also have ambitious goals for the coming year.
Gembridge is all about Finding Gems and Connecting People. 2023 has seen this motto come true every time we place candidates into new roles with clients, both new and existing. We love being the ‘bridge’ and seeing excellent outcomes as a result of our partnership with both clients and candidates along the recruitment journey.
