I recently wrote a blog on why exit interviews are important for both the employee and employer, when done correctly. We asked for your feedback on how worthwhile you believe they are.
What is clear to see is that the vast majority of responders believe exit interviews are useful, which hopefully indicates employers are dong them well.
It is interesting to note that 18% stated ‘No’; which could be a sign that either they aren’t done at all, or are being poorly designed.
Exit Interviews are a vital part of the cultural fabric of an organisation and should be undertaken with care and with a view to future planning.
